Privacy notice

Lendlogix Ltd (company number 17323677) operates the Lendlogix platform. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. For personal data belonging to a lender's applicants and borrowers, the lender is the controller and Lendlogix is the processor. For data about lender staff, prospects and billing, Lendlogix is the controller.

• Applicant identity and contact details submitted through a lender's application page.
• Income, expenditure and affordability inputs entered by the applicant or lender staff.
• Application records, decision outcomes and the rule results behind them.
• Loan agreements, repayment schedules, ledger entries, arrears cases and collection notes.
• Audit records of staff actions inside the workspace.

We do not use this data for our own purposes, do not sell it, and do not use it to train models. Each workspace is isolated at the database level by row-level security.

• Account data: name, work email, role and workspace membership.
• Billing data: subscription status, invoices and payment references for the platform fee (Starter, Growth or Pro plan).
• Technical data: log, security and diagnostic records tied to platform operation.
• Optional analytics, only where cookie consent has been given.

Contract, for delivering the service and billing it; legitimate interests, for platform security, fraud prevention and service improvement; legal obligation, for records we must keep; consent, for optional cookies and marketing email.

Borrower payments run through each lender's own payment provider account using credentials the lender supplies. Lendlogix stores those credentials encrypted and server-side only, and never exposes secret keys to a browser. Card data is handled by that payment provider, not by Lendlogix.

Data is hosted in the UK/EU. We use infrastructure, database, email and payment sub-processors under written terms. A current list is available on request and lenders are notified before a new sub-processor is added.

Workspace data is retained for as long as the workspace is active, then deleted or returned within 30 days of termination unless the lender is required to keep it longer. Billing records are kept for six years.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. If your data sits inside a lender's workspace, contact that lender first — we will pass on and support any request we receive. You can also complain to the ICO.
