A focused platform that does one thing well

Lendlogix is delivered as software-as-a-service. Each customer is an isolated tenant within a shared, securely partitioned platform — a responsive web application backed by an API and a relational database.

Core modules

01Application capture

Configurable online application forms that collect applicant and affordability data in a structured way. Every submission lands as a referenced application with a timestamped audit entry.

02Affordability & decisioning

Each lender configures its own affordability and credit criteria — minimum income, bureau score floors, debt-to-income and loan-to-income caps, disposable income and employment policy. The engine applies them consistently and records exactly which rules passed, which failed, and why.

03Document generation

Credit agreements and repayment schedules are generated from templates the lender controls, with merge fields for the borrower, terms, rate, instalment and total payable.

04Repayment ledger

Scheduled versus actual repayments, principal and interest split per instalment, fees, and a running balance across the life of each loan.

05Arrears & collections

Missed instalments raise a prioritised case with days-past-due buckets, stages from first contact through arrangement to formal demand, and a full note history.

06Reporting & dashboards

Loan book value, originations, approval rate, arrears rate and portfolio composition, all derived from the same ledger the operations team works in.

07Administration & configuration

Tenant settings, user and role management, product and template configuration, and an immutable audit trail.

Data model

The platform is organised around a small number of core entities, each kept strictly within the lender's own tenant.
